Your Destination for Fishing 365 Days a Year
Established in 1909 by doctors from St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto, The Franklin Club was originally created as a private weekend fishing getaway.
Over the years, the Club has evolved into a year-round fishing retreat for fishing enthusiasts, hobbyist fishers and anglers of all skill levels. In addition to our fishing activities, the Club has 200 acres of property for hiking, camping, picnics and winter events such as ice fishing in huts, pond hockey and snowshoeing.

Unique to The Franklin Club, we aim to provide seasonal fun for the whole family, meaning your entire immediate family is included in your club membership. This includes the membership owner, the member’s spouse or partner, their children and grandchildren under the age of 21.
