Joining The Club with a Full Membership.

Full Membership is for those who want to make The Franklin Club part of their life for years to come. It is more than access to exceptional fishing, dining, and club amenities. It is a chance to become part of the fabric of the Club itself.

As a Full Member, you are joining through an equity purchase along with a one time initiation fee. This membership level provides access to the full range of Club privileges and amenities, along with the opportunity for participation and opinion in the future direction of the Club.

For those who see value in tradition, belonging, and returning to a place that feels truly special, Full Membership offers a meaningful way to take part. It is well suited for individuals and families who want to enjoy the Club across the seasons and become part of a private community built around fishing, nature, traditions, and time well spent outdoors.

We offer a limited number of shares that are available, along flexible financing options are also offered to help make membership more accessible.

The Franklin Club offers a range of membership options to suit different levels of access and commitment. Full and Trial Membership both provide full access to the Club’s amenities and the broader membership experience.

Full Membership

For those looking to make The Franklin Club part of their life for years to come, Full Membership offers the opportunity to join through an equity purchase and one time initiation fee. Along with year round access to the Club’s full privileges and amenities, Full Members also have a voice and a vote in helping shape the Club’s decisions, projects, and future direction.

For a limited time, the initiation fee is reduced from $6,000 to $3,100.

  • One time Reduced Initiation Fee: $3,100.00*
  • 12 Months Annual Dues: $3,785.00* (prorated upon fiscal date of membership)
  • 3 Year and 5 Year financing plans are available
  • Annual dining credit: $575.00
  • Capital Levy: $550.00*
  • Beverage Card: $100.00*
  • Liquor Locker Fee: One-time $20.00*

Total Full Membership: $13,745.00 plus applicable *HST

A Note of Future Years

• The first year of Full Membership includes the one time share purchase and reduced initiation fee. These are not annual charges and are not paid again in future years.

• After the first year, Full Members are responsible for the annual Club costs only. These currently include annual dues, dining credit, and the capital levy.

• The Club offers 3 year and 5 year financing plans, and annual dues are paid in quarterly installments throughout the year.

• Full Membership is limited to 200 shares in total. Availability depends on the number of shares available at the time of joining, including when a Trial Member chooses to convert to Full Membership.
