Membership at The Franklin Club offers far more than access to private fishing waters. It offers a place to return to throughout the year for exceptional time outdoors, quality dining, family experiences, and the quiet enjoyment of a setting shaped by tradition and natural beauty. For many, it captures the appeal of cottage living without the upkeep, distance, or demands that often come with it.
While some private clubs are enjoyed only seasonally, The Franklin Club offers a true four season experience with unlimited access throughout the year. From a short morning visit, to a full day of fishing, an evening at the clubhouse, or an overnight stay, members can enjoy the property whenever they please, with each season bringing its own character to the experience.
For some members, it is a few peaceful hours on the water. For others, it is time with family, hosting guests, enjoying the clubhouse, or simply stepping away from the pace of everyday life. What makes membership at The Franklin Club so special is how naturally these experiences come together in one remarkable place.
Membership Options
The Franklin Club offers a range of membership options to suit different levels of access and commitment. Full and Trial Membership both provide full access to the Club’s amenities and the broader membership experience, while the Dining Membership offers an alternative way to enjoy the Club.
Trial Membership
Our Trial Membership offers the opportunity to enjoy the Club for one year before deciding to move forward with an equity purchase. For many, it is a natural place to begin and remains our most popular option for those starting out.
- Trial membership fee: $650.00**
- 12 Months Annual Dues: $3,785.00* (prorated upon fiscal date of membership)
- Annual dining credit: $575.00
- Capital Levy: $550.00*
- Beverage Card: $100.00*
- Liquor Locker Fee: One-time $20.00*
*HST is added to this item.
Total Trial Membership: $5,680.00 + applicable HST
Limited to one year from start date, with an option to convert to a Full Membership at current rates.
After the one year trial period, half of the Trial Membership fee will be applied against the annual dues when converting to full membership status.
Full Membership
With Full Membership, you join the Club through an equity purchase and one time initiation fee and gain both a voice and a vote in its future direction. For a limited time, enjoy a reduced initiation fee (from $6,000 to $3,100)

- 3 Year and 5 Year financing plans are available

Total Full Membership: $13,745.00 plus applicable HST
The first year of Full Membership includes the one time equity purchase and reduced initiation fee. These are not recurring annual costs. In year two and beyond, your membership continues with annual dues only which are paid quarterly, and your equity investment remains with you as part of your ownership in the Club.
Dining Memberships
The Dining Membership offering allows those who enjoy the fine foods prepared by our private chef to regularly dine at The Franklin Club, without a share purchase or annual dues. For a limited time, enjoy a reduced initiation fee (from $6,000 to $3,100)
