Set on The Franklin Club property, the smoke-free private cottage gives members a larger overnight option for family visits, group stays, club events, and longer visits. The cottage offers more space and privacy than the clubhouse rooms while keeping members close to the lake, clubhouse, dining room, docks, and other club amenities.

The cottage has a simple, rustic feel with the comfort needed for year-round use. It is fully winterized and includes full HVAC and air conditioning, making it suitable for summer stays, fall weekends, winter visits, and time on the property throughout the year. Members can use it as a base for fishing, family time, events, or extended stays at the club.

Available for daily or weekly stays, the cottage gives members a private place to settle in, spend time together, and enjoy more of the property. It is a practical option for those who want extra room, more privacy, and the ability to stay at the club for more than just the day.

Inside, the cottage is set up with four bedrooms, a primary bedroom with balcony access, one full bathroom, one half bathroom, a full kitchen, mudroom, dining area, living room, TV, games, and laundry. There plenty of space for families, groups, and guests to stay comfortably.

Outside, the cottage includes outdoor seating, a propane BBQ, a fire pit, plenty of room for lawn games and activities, and ample parking. Located at the rear of the club’s property, it keeps guests tucked away and close to the water while offering the space and privacy of a cottage-style stay.

Cottage Stay Rates:

Overnight accommodations are available exclusively to members and their guests and are subject to additional fees separate from annual membership dues.

1 Night: $350.00 + HST
3 Nights: $600.00 + HST
1 Week: $1,100.00 + HST

Two of the rooms connect and each include two beds, creating a four-bed setup that works well for families or small groups. The remaining rooms provide private accommodations for members, couples, and guests attending club events.
