The Chef Dining Experience at The Franklin Club
The Franklin Club offers a chef-prepared dining experience for members and their guests, with lunch, dinner, special gatherings, and Club events served throughout the year. From Wednesday through Sunday, members can enjoy fresh seasonal menus, Clubhouse favourites, and thoughtfully prepared meals in a relaxed private Club setting.
Dining is served inside the Clubhouse Dining Room and on the connected back patio overlooking Franklin Lake. The indoor dining space offers a warm and welcoming place to gather, while the lakeview patio brings the experience outdoors with fresh air, scenic views, and the peaceful setting that makes the Club so memorable.
Throughout the year, the Club also hosts themed dinners and special dining events, ranging from elegant buffets to globally inspired menus. Past favourites have included the annual Mother’s Day Buffet, Austrian Night, Caribbean Night, April in Paris, Curries from the Sultan’s Kitchen, Tapas from Portugal and Spain, Lobsterfest, and Wild Game Weekend.

“Our experience at The Franklin Club has been extremely positive. I have only been a few times since joining, but I have really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and the food. Everything has a true homemade taste, and the kitchen staff clearly takes pride in what they do.
One of my boys was not feeling well during a visit, and the staff went out of their way to help, which meant a lot to us. My wife and I also shared the soup of the day, and her first reaction was, “Wow, is that ever good.”

Suzanne Moore brings warmth, creativity, and a true sense of hospitality to dining at The Franklin Club. With formal training in both marketing and culinary arts, she approaches each chef prepared meal with an eye for presentation and a passion for creating dishes that are both memorable and inviting. Her style is rooted in the belief that great food should be shared, savoured, and made with care.
Influenced by her Greek heritage and inspired by time spent cooking from a young age alongside her YaYa, Suzanne brings heart, flavour, and personal expression to every menu. From seasonal features to beautifully prepared meals enjoyed with family and friends, her work helps define the welcoming and distinctive dining experience at the Club.
