The Clubhouse has a forty-seat dining room available on a reservation basis to serve members and their guests. The facility can be booked in advance for larger gatherings and special events. From Wednesday through Sunday, you can enjoy a variety of splendid meals for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Advance booking arrangements through our Chef are required to ensure that your selections can be accommodated. Dining service generally is available on holiday Mondays.
Throughout the year, the dining room hosts a variety of Theme Dinners ranging from elegant buffets to exotic meals from around the world. An annual Oktoberfest celebration with typical Bavarian Oktoberfest fare, a huge tent and Oktoberfest music is eagerly anticipated by the members each year.
His International Career has garnered him assignments with the Hilton and Sheraton Hotel Chains in such locations as Malaysia, China, Korea, Kuwait, Philippines, Turkey, Sweden, Hong Kong, Germany and of course his homeland Austria. He has worked various positions from Executive Chef, Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Assistant Manager, General Manager, Director of Operations to eventually Project Manager. The Franklin Club is proud to have such a distinguihed and competent individual leading our Dining Operations.
Chef Benny Neumann, an Austrian national is a seasoned veteran of the Hospitality Industry.
